Theres a guy who works there his name is Cooper, and he is by far the best customer service worker out there. He is so kind, attentive, and is very thorough when taking orders. Every single time I go through the drive through and I hear his voice Im elated. He is fantastic. Cooper is what brings this Taco Bell to another level. I also work in food customer service, so I know how hard it is, and he is the prime example of what our companies want us to be. Hes the workers we see in commercials, the ones we believe dont actually exist, the ones I didnt believe existed until I went through that drive through and experienced that fantastic of service. ”
